Ms. Shi Jingli, professor of Center for Renewable Energy Development, Energy Research Institute, National Development and Reform Commission of China. Ms. Shi graduated from Tsinghua University and North China Institute of Electric Power with bachelor and master degrees, and since 1995, she has engaged in the economic assessment and policy research in the field of renewable energy. Ms. Shi is one of drafters of China Renewable Energy Law and its related implementation regulations, National Middle and Long-term Strategy of Renewable Energy Development, 11th-five-year Plan for Renewable Energy Development, and National Rural Energy Development Plan in Western Areas. Her research work focuses on the economic incentive policy of renewable energy development in recent years. Major publications include Wind Force 12 in China, Study on Renewable Power Pricing Mechanism, CDM Country Guide for China, China PV Development Report etc..

She was responsible for the enterprise wireless and mobility services portfolio, including security services, standards efforts and key technology partnerships such as Apple, Intel and RIM. Prior to Cisco, Jennifer led technical and operations programs at Intel, AT&T and Merck, and delivered marketing strategies for numerous semiconductor, software and communications startups. The roll out of substation automation within Alliander???s electricity grid concerns a seven year program in which all substations will be equipped with revolutionary sensor technology and advanced control systems. This advanced substation control technology results in substantial reduction of outage duration, improvement of power quality and significant cost reductions. Furthermore, this technology provides an important fundament for the roll out of a smart grid which will contribute significantly to Alliander???s sustainability objectives. Bert Heerbaart has significant experience with large transformation programs, from development of the strategy to operational execution of the program. Benno has more than 19 years of sales, marketing, business development, and operations experience in the semiconductor industry. In the last decade he focused his work in the market for wireless communication technologies like ZigBee, WLAN, Bluetooth, cellular, and GPS. He was a founding member of JEDEC JC-61, 802.15.4 and RF Lite the predecessor organization of the ZigBee Alliance Mr. Ritter joined Philips Semiconductors in 1991 in Hamburg, Germany. In 1995 he transferred to Sunnyvale, CA and was responsible for product marketing and sales of digital video processing products. Starting 1997 he took responsibility for product marketing of WLAN products and was representing Philips in the activities of the development of low-power/low-data rate wireless sensor networks in RF-Lite which later became the ZigBee Alliance and in introducing it into IEEE 802.15.4. From 2002 to 2006 after joining Infineon Technologies North America Mr. Ritter was leading the regional marketing activities for Wireless Connectivity products with specific focus on Bluetooth, GPS, and WLAN. In 2006 he assumed for Infineon the global responsibility to manage the customer relationship with Intel. In September 2008 he joined the ZigBee Alliance to lead their Marketing and Business Development activities. Mr. Ritter holds a Masters Degree in Physics from the University of Hamburg, Germany and an MBA from the San Jose State University.
